Heating Repair & Heating Service in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County
No heat, uneven heat, a boiler that keeps locking out, a furnace that short cycles — we evaluate the whole heating system, find out why it stopped working properly, and restore it correctly.

What we work on
Every common heating system in New York homes and buildings
Heating in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County is unusually varied. On a single street you can find a 1950s cast-iron steam boiler, a high-efficiency combi boiler, a gas furnace with central air, and a cold-climate heat pump. Each one fails differently.
We work across those systems and across manufacturers. That matters, because the part that failed isn't always the reason it failed — and a heating repair that ignores the rest of the system often doesn't last.
Common heating problems
What customers usually call about
- No heat
- The thermostat calls, but the system never fires, or fires and shuts down.
- Some rooms or zones cold
- Zone valves, circulators, air in the system, airflow or control wiring.
- Boiler locking out
- Ignition, flame sensing, venting, water pressure or control faults.
- Losing pressure or leaking
- Expansion tanks, relief valves, fittings and makeup water.
- Short cycling
- Oversizing, control setup, limits, flame or airflow problems.
- Noise
- Banging pipes, kettling, pump noise, blower noise and steam hammer.
A heating repair should answer two questions: what failed — and why.
That second question is what keeps the same failure from coming back next January.

Questions
Common questions
Do you repair heating systems in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County?
Yes. We're based in Valley Stream on the Queens–Nassau line and provide heating repair across Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County and parts of Long Island.
Do you work on steam boilers?
Yes — residential steam as well as hot water (hydronic) boilers. Steam systems have their own controls, piping and water-level concerns, and we diagnose them as a complete system.
Can every heating repair be finished on the first visit?
Not always. Many repairs can be completed on the first visit, but some equipment needs special-order parts, and some problems trace back to installation issues that need additional correction. We'll tell you what we found and what it will take.
Do I need to know what kind of system I have?
No. Send a photo of the equipment and its label if you can. If not, describe what it's doing — that's enough to start.
