AC Repair & Air Conditioning Service
Not cooling, blowing warm air, freezing up, leaking water, or shutting off — we evaluate the outdoor unit, indoor coil, blower, ductwork, drainage and controls, and repair what's actually wrong.

Our approach
A new condenser isn't automatically the answer
Most air conditioning problems show up at the outdoor unit, but plenty of them start somewhere else: a restricted coil, a blower problem, a clogged condensate line, a refrigerant leak, a failing capacitor, or a thermostat that was never configured for the system.
We look at the complete system before recommending a repair or a replacement — and we tell you plainly which one makes sense.
Common AC problems
What we diagnose most often
- AC not cooling
- Airflow, refrigerant charge, compressor, fan motor or electrical problems.
- Blowing warm air
- Outdoor unit not running, tripped safeties, capacitor or contactor failures.
- Freezing up
- Low airflow, dirty coils, filters, blower or low refrigerant.
- Leaking water
- Clogged condensate drains, failed pumps, cracked pans or poor drainage design.
- Keeps shutting off
- Safety switches, overheating, short cycling or control wiring.
- Upstairs not cooling
- Duct design, return air, airflow balance or equipment sizing.
